It’s Only a Game
Posted on July 25, 2008 at 8:31 am (PST)A fight broke out in a Men’s minor league baseball game in Ohio between the Chiefs and the Dragons. First of all it’s MINOR LEAGUE, and second, it’s only a game.
The worst part was when a player threw a ball that hit a fan in the head. The fan went to the hospital, and Castino who hit the fan in the head with a ball went to jail. Fighting is not cool, and not professional. If coaches, and players start fighting they should be banned from sports.

It’s a game, but there’s a lot at stake. Doing well in the minor leagues means a shot at a possible big-league career.Even in the majors bench-clearing brawls are not that rare. There’s usually a few every season, for a bunch of different reasons. These are skilled competitive athletes that don’t take losing well. Their salaries depend on it. The instigators will be suspended for a few games.
